Classical Pa Kua

Pa-Kua martial arts is most recognizable by its
circular form of combat. It use the opponent's momentum against
him and a thorough study of leg attacks, palm srikes, self
defense and sparring techniques add the confidence that will
greatly benefit any student.

He xian gu, known as “the fragrant mushroom”, is recognized in legend as one of China’s most beautiful women. She represents the feminine or yin aspect of drunken training. Her form features close quarter techniques that utilize joint locks, Finger Attacks and the coiling of the body to generate power and break the balance of her Opponents. Master Reid will teach the form & demonstrate the applicability of technique found in He Xian
Gu.
